can't believe time pass so fast... just one last day to school reopen.. seriously, ii haven't been getting enough rest for moii holidays... time has been so packed for me that moii freedom is totally occupied by work and school stuffs..

finally met moii CEO and interviewed him.. one big burden down.. more to go.. how you gonna write for your essay and present it well, it's still another problem.. anyway people thanks for the concern.. i'm fine.. recovering well already.. hahas..

ii was being introduced that we've got this new policy that we must greet customers regardless of any timing, thanks to this stoopid customer that mention kiddy palace staff don't have the basic manners.. sometimes ii really wonder, do they really meant well for us, or just to vent their frustrations on us.. it happens so many times.. got pissed off wiif so many customers but what to do? in business line.. THOUGH CUSTOMERS AREN'T RIGHT, WE MUST MAKE THEM FEEL THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! that's the customer service policy.. haiix.. ii will never go back to work at kiddy palace the moment ii resign ii swear..

after one big circle, realised it was june.. and time realli realli realli flies.. how scary it is yeah?? so many things left undone.. so many wishes yet to fulfill.. haiiiiiiiiii........
